.NET Core Frameworks
This two-day course is designed to provide an introduction to.NET Core for programmers who already know the C# language. It is current to Visual Studio 2017 and .NET Core 2.0, which supports a much larger subset of the classic .NET Framework than the original .NET Core 1.0. This course focuses on core portions of the .NET Framework that are common across many application areas.
The course contains an introduction to the architecture and key concepts of .NET, class libraries, packages, metapackages and frameworks. Topics include delegates and events, I/O and serialization, memory management, processes and threads.
Prerequisites: Experience as an application developer or architect with a working knowledge of C#.
